    My comments are being completely censored by AOL. They have been doing this for twenty five years. I have written two thousand of these feed backs only to have AOL ignore me. Twenty five years & thousands of feedback.........this is an AOL problem.

  15. Try Offering Competent Customer Service

    Is the AOL Motto, "Greed is Good". Attempted to find assistance as the SAVED ON MY PC" item and all my FOLDERS have disappeared. When I call tech support, it's now always with some imbecile in a foreign country who doesn't speak understandable English and then they repeat questions and so called answers 3 to 5 times making it an extremely frustrating experience. As an AOL Customer since 1997, I am disgusted with how AOL has deteriorated as the service is deplorable. Why can we not speak to a tech person in the United States?   19. Email default address

    I want my AOL email account show in the upper right hand corner of my mail page. It shows my netscape account even I am signed in to my AOL account. Even sending an email, it shows my netscape account. Contacted a tech support from AOL, advised me to submit a feedback since there was a glitch in your website. Please help me.

  20. No Freedom of Speech

    You review and take seriously? I doubt it. You get rid of every right wing comment good or bad and cancel out thousands of us with a voice. You will never silence us. There are other platforms. First chance I get, AOL/Verizon will be history.
