  1. how about answer your phone?

    Don't leave me on hold for an hour, never pick up and then end the call with a customer satisfaction survey giving me the opportunity to give you the worse marks possible. Oh, and I am PAYING customer! How about that for a way to improve???

    AOL's community standards are a joke and do not exist.
    AP, Yahoo and others repeatedly remove my posts as soon as I hit enter or post.
    This is not standards but blatant censorship of free speech.
    Those in violation of free speech need to be removed from AOL, that means Yahoo, Huffington Post, AP, NBC etc!

  5. Hockey coverage

    AOL can be greatly improved by including the NHL, and hockey in general, in the sports section. Hockey is a legitimate sport followed by millions of people. Is there a political agenda to this exclusion? The Stanley Cup Playoffs are currently in progress and there is no coverage at all on AOL.Is this some kind of reparation deal?

    I don't put much faith in the polls and I am still waiting for a list of the Biden admin accomplishments because I haven't seen any. The numbers compared to Trumps mean very little because people did not acknowledge any of the Trump admins accomplishments for US citizens...they only acknowledged their hatred.

    By hiring real journalists that take their jobs seriously enough by honestly reporting unslanted news that we can all read and satisfy ourselves that we read a story from a real professional. We could call it real news! I think it would catch on at least to the intelligent readers that long for honest reporting! Look at the story about the recounting in Maricopa County for instance, you could not glean any sort of unbiased reporting in that story right? Let's get real and honestly report that it was an editorial and not real news!

    I have 61.1K on conversations for comments, yet every time I post a comment it gets rejected and I would like to know why. I don't call people bad names. I don't cuss. I don't threaten anyone.     I am a 24 year paid AOL subscriber. I sometimes post comments in the Conversations section about news articles. Sometime last year I noticed that my profile in Conversations had been changed by some unknown person to a new username of Michael00645 and all my old posts were gone and my points were gone and my old username mpiper2586 was gone. I am unable to edit my current Conversations profile using the settings and have talked with AOL Tech Support who could not resolve this issue and they advised me to use this Feedback portal as a way to possibly…
