Worst Customer Service that I've entered encountered.
I've been an AOL customer for 25 years and have always had an excellent experience with their help and support. Well, until yesterday, that is. I called in for a very simple billing issue (needed to change the credit card that my account billed to each month) and reached Jessie in Customer Service. She was absolutely horrible - rude, unhelpful and incompetent. It was some of the worst customer service that I've ever encountered. She was not able to help me with this simple task and it was very apparent that she had no idea what she was doing. I…

Does aol even care about the negative feedback it receives? You are losing a lot of credibility -like the main-stream media & big tech. This began years ago but has peaked in the last few years. AOL is the same as Twitter and Facebook. Trying to discredit Tucker Carlson when we already know the facts about the Biden family cover-up. The e-mails on Hunter's laptop are real. That has been substantiated by the FBI, DOJ, and DNI.
