  3. Bias in News - So Obvious Looking at Imbalance in Headlines

    Lately I realize that AOL must have an agenda against conservatives. Over the last several weeks I have done a quick review of the headlines (particularly the top ones) each time I log in. I think you guys need to stop it and realize that your customers expect a fair and balanced perspective. Please don't just spoon up what you think we should see. Give at least 1/2 stories one way and 1/2 stories another way please. Been a customer for over 20 years but may have to finally say "bye".

  9. Folks, Really tired of the obnoxious left spin of all your head line stories. You have many viewers tired of conservative and Trump bashin.

    Here’s a novel idea? Print both sides of the story. 50% / 50% Equally. Don’t tell me about 100 women protesting the current administration (positively) and at the same time ignoring thousands if not tens of thousands of right leaning protesters in Washington and elsewhere often on the same real estate.. IE, prolife, 2A march on Richmond, etc..... PS how about some Hunter Biden stories to counterbalance your anti first family ones???

  16. AOL mail LOCK OUT TO FORCE CUSTOMER TO PAY MONTHLY

    AOL has locked my mail in order to force me to start a monthly payment to me -- $15. I don't have $15 per month to pay for email so I have to find a new email provider. I feel I've been hijacked -- held ransom -- by AOL. I guess I'll have to change my email address and notify all my contacts. Very low, cheap, ugly of AOL to hold my email for ransom.

  18. advertizing is too much. The constant flashing and loading of ads is distracting forcing me to only read mail on aol.

    the constant changing of ads makes it impossible to read any of the articles plus the constant flashing is proven to cause seizures. ads, lasting longer and not totally foreign goods (MOSTLY CHINA) is not useful since the complaints about the quality of the items for sale has proven to be poor.

  20. How can I access my email account w/o seeing those viscious pro-Trump ads?

    Repugnant/ divisive pro-Trump ads appear EVERY time I try to sign onto my email account. I find it repellent in all regards.
