AOL STOP ATTACKING FORMER PRESIDENT TRUMP AND CONSERVATIVE IDEAS AND MORALS
Your customer base consists primarily of older dare I say much wiser citizens of this country! Every news article you put out is anti Trump and anti the conservative views which are the true backbone of this country! I suggest you re-evaluate your news reporters and or sources. I for one am about to leave AOL and my over 1000 friends on facebook and Twitter are about to abandon you as well as those sites. Equal, FAIR, reporting of the news is vital to the survival of this country!!!!!

STOP BEING SO BIASED WITH YOUR NEWS STORIES!
How is Trump still headling the news? He is not the president anymore! Nobody cares. Report on what Biden is doing. No? I wonder why the media doesn't want to reveal or keep American informed on what he is doing.

Unbiased news. I joined AOL 3 weeks after it started. The news was just the facts, not opinion then. Now it's not even factual. Get back

Stop this **** "Next Page" format
Completely eliminate these next page and next slideshow formats. It takes forever to get thru them. And often, the moment you tap "next" something jumps it front of it. And you have to start over from the beginning. You should know by now ALL YOUR SUBCRIBERS HATE THIS FORMAT. Just let us scroll down. We know it is just a format to for more advertisers, but no one looks at these.

Your site is flooded with Ads making it borderline unusable (especially when checking mail).
Reduce the flood of advertisements. I stopped using Weather.com for the same reason. They had so many pop-up ads, it took a long time to check the weather. Checking mail on the PC is also very slow because of your pop-up ads.

Censor
This screen name is once again experiencing total censorship by AOL. AOL did this to another screen name for over twenty years. AOL always blames the user when the user is not at fault. AOL refuses to fix this.....as usual.

Stop being so overtly biased in your "NEWS" feeds.
It make you look ridiculous! Instead, try to actually investigate stories, rather than just republishing the same story form another news outlet with a different tagline. It makes anything in your feed untrustworthy and makes AOL as a whole, look ridiculous. I am seriously thinking about deleting my email and going private simply because of this.

22 hours agoAgreed. The very title of the article slants anti-police. An all-too-common occurrence of police being called to deal with in minutes or seconds a situation that has been allowed to brew for years. Knives and clubs are lethal weapons, and you don't even consider facing them with Tasers, beanbags, unless you are given time to set them up in a way that keeps…

Stop making changes to an account that I have had for over 20 years or I will cancel my subscription!
If you keep making changes to my account, I will cancel my subscription.
The latest change keeps me from accessing my AOL mail on my own computer, and the corrections suggested do not work.
The only reason I still subscribe to AOL is not to lose contacts, but it is slowly becoming not worth the trouble
