Bait and Switch tactics.
Post photos to get someone's attention, then bombarding with ads on a herky-jerky screen, is pretty despicable. Then after scrolling thru 30 photos the original one doesn't even appear. So over America Out of Line.

NEW MAIL APP IS AWFUL!
Doesn't show number of messages; cannot delete ALL at once, must click each day. Doesn't show how many messages in Trash!
News has pix next to each story so large you cannot read what the story is about.

More honesty
Many of the world's problems result from lying and deception. AOL is a prime example of deceptive presentation of the news. It seems like a lot of AOL news items are written by petulant teenagers.

So in your own report, you realized that the percentage of "breakthrough infection" is nearly the same as the death rate caused by Covid19? Then go onto say that the vaccine is safe using scare tactics. Fools.

These people ripped me off terribly. The junk they sent me was not representive of the advertisement you guys continue to have and use. They ripped me off and sent me junk from China late and not what was advertised. You guys really need to remove this ad as it makes you guys look bad.

Organize Email
By allowing the mail received and sent to be organized by sender / sent / subject in alphabetical order (From / To / Subject) similar to being able to arrange email by date from recently received to previously received. This function was previously available and would be very helpful to reinstate this function.

YOUR NEW APP INTERFACE IS A MESS
Heres my feedback..new site, interface, on aol app is HORRIBLE! While reading emails, it just clicks off! If i star things, cant find a llocation with the started emails. Cant therefore save or star emails. Delayed reaction when tapping on emails imwant to delete. HORRIBLE...long term 30 year customer. You ruined a perfectly good thing by updating this app! First time in my life I'm considering changing emails and getting a new email address!!

Stupid or oddly devious?
Again, is aol/Verizon the stupidest company or are you just plain devious? Flashing the on top of the story I'm attempting to read with an AT&T ad? Really? Isn't it bad enough the other 2/3's of the screen is flashing and jumping around? This does NOT make me read the ads, it just makes me block them out. Also, why oh why do you continue to state 10 pictures or whatever, and then just continue on with the flashing and blocking for 20-30? Can't your people count? I usually just X-out and move on.
