  1. there is no way to add all the emails from a group to create a "list" in contacts

    In gmail i can create a group from the to: field of email addresses. In aol, I have to individually add each contact into the list as an individual and then add that individual to a group list. I know you can do better than that. ALSO, I should be able to copy the list from the TO: field and paste it into a document and see email addresses. I don't. I see only names. VERY FRUSTRATING.

  2. 2FA not working

    Fix your authentication. This is a bug not a feature request. I logged in this morning and it asked for the authenticator code. After that, it required a THIRD authentication by sending me a 6-digit code to my phone. WTF! Two factor is already on, why is it asking me for a THIRD authentication method? This means your security is not working.

  6. Before mandating a re-login, please preserve ALL my tabs and return me to my previous tabs/screen after login.

    It really a jerk move to wipe out a person's workspace just because you want a new login. The least you could do is preserve my email tabs and open mail before redirecting me to a login screen. Then once I've re-logged in, return me to my screen as it was.

  7. Make it easier to cancel the account and not hang up on customers

    When you hang up on me after 17 minutes, wanting to cancel my account, your customer service is terrible. And you make it difficult to cancel the account I have had for over 20 years. Please cancel my account.

  10. Your AI Robot just hijacked three comments on holiday foods.

    You MUST rewrite the code for your AI Robot patrolling the Comments. I just left three comments: One for the food comments, One for the moderator to contact me. And the third only had a description of the erroneous flagings. This is out of hand. Totally Woke. Not in accordance with common usage. Totally wrong. RSVP
