  1. "Strict - no adult content"

    My Complaint is that NOBODY should ever have access for the "SafeSearch" Option to change the Settings from the "Moderate - no images or video" NOR the "Off - do not filter results" Option, unless He &/Or She has a AOL Account and Signs into His &/Or Her AOL Account First! The "SafeSearch" Setting should ONLY Default (& ONLY to Remain on!) to the "Strict - no adult content" Setting for the "Search Preferences" within the "Settings!"

    I am writing on behalf of my friend, who suffers from a chronic disease that has left him disabled and unable to manage his AOL accounts without assistance. He has authorized me to contact you regarding an urgent matter involving his account access.
    He has two AOL email accounts:
    • XXXXX@aol.com (primary account)
    • XXXXX@aol.com (secondary account)
    Each account is listed as the recovery email for the other. Unfortunately, he did not set…

  4. Use recent photos in news stories.

    For example you have a picture of Bill Clinton from when he was in his forties and any GOP person looks like they have come from the grave. You are so biased that I could throw up!

    when moving my emails to an assigned folder, the email stays in my new emails. but if i delete the emal, it deletes from my folder also, therefore the email is gone

  7. emails with foul language should be filtered and rejected I am 87 and have had AOL all my life but these getting into my spam and emails ip

  11. unwanted text maybe phishing

    I received a text on my flip phone warning me about a contact with AOL. The address to contact was:
    https//login.aol.com/notme/XGpy3sVaOLVW9lcw?lang=en-us&intl=us, the phone number to call (I did not)
    was 1-866-265-5020.

    I had a real number with AOL that I called and finally found a person I could talk to who told me to delete it.
    Thought you should know.

  12. How about not letting dangerous ads seize your computer when you attempt to delete the said Ad

    Here's the rub - There is currently an Ad from a "Peter Parker" regarding Senior Benefits in my email that seized my computer. When selected to delete, it seized my computer bringing up pages that looked legit, but weren't. My suggestion to AOL is to disallow this scenario.- someone could have a really tough time because AOL apparently allows this type of thing. Thanks for considering a fix.

    Much, much less Fox “news”. Post more international news from our former friendly nations, such as BBC, CBC etc. Do this especially regarding U.S. government affairs.

    Rogebartel@aol.com has been totally BLOCKED. I get it that your Moderators are Left Activists, I respect their different values. But my Conservative pro-America posts are now totally Blocked. Please advise me as to the duration of this Conservative punnishment? Please? I enjoy debate and promote the whole-truth is all.   19. not receiving messages from flexmls.com site

    I am not receiving messages from the realtor MLS site called FLEXMLS.com using my aol account but am receiving the messages through my gmail account. I have checked with all of my sources and this is an issue with AOL not chrome of safari because I am receiving from my gmail accounts

  20. No headlines with the news slideshow? And blank slides? Did you fire everyone too?

    Just fix your headlines. 30 plus years with AOL as my home page, but it doesnt HAVE to be. Also, I only read maybe10 of 50 headlines since most are junk. Just FYI.
