I like to see less ads that promote Dr Fraud fake cures for tinnitus
Mr. Oz is not knowledgeable about osteoarthritis nor tinnitus when all I see to observe that he’s known for being a weight loss guru. I like to see ads removed and to see real news in place of annoying ads that has no place in AOL and Yahoo

Text Size
When I open my email now, the text size is so small that I can barely read it. Then, days later, it will be of a very large size. I am not doing anything to change the text size, so this seems to be an AOL quirk. How to remedy?

IMPROVE the process of deleting an aol account without deleting the "subaccounts". Nor can you say WHEN the main account will be deleted.
WTF!! My husband has been dead for over a year and AOL tells me I can't delete his account without deleting all the SUBACCOUNTS. One of them is my AOL account which I am STILL using. Nor could the lady on the phone tell me WHEN the GIBLIL account will be deactivated. This is messed up AND explains WHY AOL only has about 1.5 million active users. If you made this process simpler, you might have more.

Problem with Android AOL app - In the past few days the app is behaving differently.
If I read an email then return, the email has automatically routed to the OldMail folder. There is no way to indicate that I want to save the email in my InBox. A week ago I was able to either mark the email as Keep while reading it or I could return to the NewMail folder and it would still be there and I could then mark it as unread. This new behavior is very frustrating and time consuming.

Fix the "comment" snafus...
Why did you change the way customers can view "likes" and "replies" to their comments? Originally, for years, all you had to do was click on the Bell icon and highlighted notification...then it would not only take you to the article, your comment would automatically appear on the screen, along with the capability of reading any replies to same. Now, when you click on those highlighted "likes" and/or "replies," it will take you to the article -- but that's it. In order to get to your reply, you have to scroll down and click on "see comments." Then you're original…

Not getting all of the old emails, getting issue loading up/synching oldest email
When i'm trying to sort my email to oldest-newest email has an issue loading up or synching those old email i have Dec. 2010 and beyond, it's just loading up but not showing the email. Hope it will be fix soon as possible. Thank you need all of email.
