  4. Comments in the conversation in News Stories

    The issue is that within the "Conversation" comments section, the Notifications column isnt working properly. Even though it is showing the amount of replies or ratings my comments get, when I hit the blue icon to see them it tells me nothing is the

  5. Stop inserting ads that are irrelevant to me between my emails. This is ridiculous.

    Stop inserting ads between my emails. A customer rep said, as of June 2026, this would continue unless I buy a plan to stop this. Ridiculous! Do better AOL! Stop this!

  7. Please remove ads between emails in inbox.

    I really enjoy using AOL Mail and appreciate how familiar and easy it is. The only issue is the new ad that appears in the middle of my inbox — it looks like a message and interrupts the flow. I would love to keep using AOL without that ad placement.

  10. GET THOSE ADDS OUT OF THE MIDDLE OF MY MAIL LISTS!!!!!!!!

    I all of a sudden have my email list cluttered up with adds. It used to be one add on the top of the list but now it's all through the list. If you're trying to make sure people stop using AOL you're definitely on the right track. Guess my Gmail account is now my primary and AOL will be a very distant second/back up. GOODBY AOL.

  16. Return to original AOL format and system.

    The 'NEW" AOL is difficult to navigate, loses data, makes emails 'DISAPPEAR' for no reason and system is NOT USER FRIENDLY. Returning to original AOL format would be a STEP UP.

    On mail.aol.com-through the ''today on AOL'' option I have white gaps in between the news artcles that take a chunk from the screen, If I use the arrow to go from left to right or the opposite way all the news articles keep repeating and I get to a point where articles disapear all together. Ttried multiple trouble-shooting steps with AOL Canada but no real solution was found. I was advised to leave a feedback about this on-going issue.
