  1. I DO NOT LIKE THE NEW WAY MY MAIL IS DISPLAYED. IT IS NOT EASY TO READ. I AM USED TO THE OLD WAY, AND I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS NEW WAY.

    All of a sudden this morning my mail was displayed differently. It's in a narrower form, it's not clear to tell one thing from another. It's just confusing and I want the old way back.

  2. Fix the article 'comment' problem.

    It would appear that most comments / suggestions seem to revolve around being unable to read or make comments on articles. Is this on purpose? Inquiring minds want to know. If this continues, it will just reinforce an existing perception. AOL needs to fix this ASAP.

    EVERYONE REALIZES THAT YAHOO IS RUNNING AOL; BUT STOP INSERTING ITS PAGE(S) INTO THE EXISTING AOL FORMAT. WHEN TRYING TO VIEW LIKES OR REPLIES TO POSTS IN THE COMMENT SECTION OF A NEWS ARTICLE, WHEN YOU CLICK ON THE BELL ICON & THE RESPONSES, SOMETIMES RATHER THAN BRING UP YOUR POST, REPLIES, THUMBS UP &/OR DOWN...IT TRANSFERS YOU TO THE SAME STORY ON A YAHOO PAGE WITH DIFFERENT COMMENTS (SAYING YOU HAVE TO LOG IN). IF YOUR INTENTIONS ARE TO EVENTUALLY COMBINE THE TWO COMPANIES, YOU NEED TO GIVE PEOPLE A HEADS UP SO THEY CAN DECIDE IF THEY WANT…

    I would like my ability to comment to be restored.AOL needs to learn about free speech.The algorithm kicks out way too many words that are not at all offensive.

    More of a responsible adult site. Don't care about has been actresses with plunging necklines and showing more leg. Would love it you were middle of the road politically and showed intelligent conversation on news issues of the day. Looking for another site.

  12. Freeze Yahoo search engine from migrating to our Chrome browser

    Yahoo search engine seems to migrate and become the default search on our chrome browser. We do not use Yahoo on AOL or any other browser but it keeps reappearing as the default engine on Chrome despite the default search engine being changed and the Yahoo being deleted from the list of search engines in Chrome. How do we stop the infectious Yahoo search engine from taking over our Chrome browser?

    AOL, stop reading my emails posting that they are suspicious they are never suspicious. If you continue to do this I'm going to sue both AOL and Verizon.

    AOL, STOP MAKING MY RECEIVED EMAILS AS POTENTIAL SPAM. YOU ARE ALWAYS WRONG.

    YOU KEEP MARKING EMAIL FROM MY FIANCE AS POTENTIAL SPAM AND THIS MUST STOP.

    NEVER AGAIN SEND ME A MESSAGE ABOUT ANYONE THAT YOUR ROBOT THINKS IT IS SPAM.

    I WILL DEAL WITH SPAM MYSELF, AND IF NECESSARY I WILL REMOVE THE SPAM FOLDER.

  20. Please fix text messages on news banner, it is blank

    About a month or so ago, the text that accompanies the news items is blank. I am using Firefox and have tried other browsers to try to isolate the problem. The problem is common to all the browsers, the text is missing from the news articles and the only work around is to hit the F5 refresh key exactly 4 times and magically the text appears.

    Is AOL aware of this problem and if so when will it be fixed? It's a really weird problem in that using the F5 key exactly 4 times will start showing the text next…
