  1. new format SUCKS !!!

    Your new format is so ridiculous. I have e'mails that have disappeared into the great beyond never to be seen again. I ridiculously HARD to figure out... somethings have dots, some have stars - what the **** does that all mean. I have some e'mails appearing that I have NEVER seen before. GO BACK TO THE LAST FORMAT SOON BECAUSE YOU WILL LOSE ME AS A CUSTOMER.

  2. Bring back the former format

    I accidentally clicked on the new mail format. I do NOT like it. Formerly I could insert photos and search my contacts. But not any more. I tried to go back to the earlier format, but it gave me something else.

  19. When I went to respond to an article, AOL signed me out and went to a new page where all of my comments were deleted. I was using Chrome.

    Chrome needs to be fixed. All the other browsers worked.
