What is the purpose of this section? Every day people comment on your news selections FOR YEARS! Yet nothing is done about it. So I'm asking what is the purpose of this feedback section if nobody at AOL even reacts to it? What is the purpose of this feedback section?

I want my AOL email account show in the upper right hand corner of my mail page. It shows my netscape account even I am signed in to my AOL account. Even sending an email, it shows my netscape account. Contacted a tech support from AOL, advised me to submit a feedback since there was a glitch in your website. Please help me.

It seems by the comments of others that AOL is being manipulated by greed, China or Facebook mentality. I have been with AOL from their beginning and see the changes in the business plan. AOL is heading down the same dark road as the others in social media.

Offensive, inappropriate ads = stupid marketing
AOL's market research is completely useless. I get ads for products that a stupid, balding, middle-aged straight man might think he needs--but I am a woman with degrees from two prestigious institutions of higher education, retired, widowed, "old" and not buying any ****. But there is no way I can remove those ads. Ad revenue is the motor of all online portals, whether you pay for any of its services or not, but showing the user completely inappropriate ads is truly stupid.

dont put the text box over the picture of "article of the day". Sometimes the picture will not show up in the articleonce the box is clicked
put the text box next to the picture of the "article of the day" instead of on top of it because sometimes the picture does not show up in the article.

It would be so nice if you could read the replies sent to your comments
The comment section is still broken. Now we can see if we have likes or if someone responds to one of our posts, but you still cannot call up the replies...lasts all of 5 seconds before blanking out. What's the point of replying if someone cannot see what you said in response? You would be better off doing what Yahoo! did, discontinue comments entirely. It would help end the hate.

Why am I still being blocked from posting comments?
Aol seems to be allowing extremely negative and mean posts, yet do not allow any positive posts. I am continually reading hateful posts from TI, Celeste1965, Matthew, Richard, Terri, Zack, Dave, Barbara, Linda, Ken, James, Joe, Bob, Frank, David and Danielle, to name a few. These same people post on numerous comment sections. I always see the same names. Yet the folks I used to see are no longer there.It appears that only republicans have been able to post. And they are the nastiest people. After trying many times, I have yet to hear from Aol. What is going on?…

"after a mob of his supporters attacked the U.S. Capitol in a deadly riot on Jan. 6" This has been proven over and over with VIDEO that there was no mob attack, no one had weapons, and the guards or police or whatever they were LET THEM IN, WAVED THEM IN! DID NOT GUARD BROKEN WINDOWS THEY SAW! It was a joke put on by the Democrats!
