  7. Why do you have viewers go to the next page just to read an article? Everyone I know clicks out of the article and does not read it. Losing

    Have your articles on a scroll down bases. You will capture more of an audience if you do. Cannot see why the next page makes sense to you?

  10. stop email advertising

    AOL's choice to include advertising in the process of viewing email is both dumb and annoying. I'm so upset about waiting to retrieve my email that I completely block out the advertiser. Who wins under these circumstances?

  12. Pop-up notifications no longer available when someone "likes" or "replies" to your Comment

    Have already spoken to Tech Support about this issue; but was informed they don't have the capability of correcting this issue. It would have to be submitted on this Feedback feature. These pop-ups help by allowing you to go to notifications and read replies or see "likes" to your comments. Although the Bell Notification feature works, the pop-ups assist users during real time activities.

    If other customers don't care for this feature, it would behoove AOL's IT gurus to provide an option to toggle the pop-up feature on and off.

  14. redesign AOL mail webpage - when you delete a message blocks function keys

    When you delete a message, "Message deleted. Undo" blocks the top line of function keys - Keep as New, Move, Delete, Spam ... More, on Chrome Desktop browser trying 100% or 90% size font. Needs a redesign so this temporary pop up does not block the function keys.

  15. AI Censoring and Rejection of Comments rejects Freedom of Speech.

    My comments are being rejected at an alarming rate. I don't rant or rave, use cuss words or any threatening speech yet my comments are frequently rejected with no explanation. AOL gone overboard on its censoring of comments. Freedom of Speech is ignored by AI monitors.

  16. So now you are blasting us with full page ads of cars etc and not allowing aol news to be displayed as before- sucks

    I'm reading my mail and usually switch to the news- but I can't now because AOL is over-riding my page with full page car ads (tomorrow may be something else) Longtime aol have longtime aol contacts and now yahoo (the new owners) want us to PAY for ad free and also pay to fix the problems they porposely make up but it would be almost impossible for longtime aol members to be able to contact all the past contacts they've made over the years- this should be illegal.     As an AOL customer since almost before AOL came into being I resent the waste of time I must endure to access my email thru this two-step authentication process. What does it actually accomplish!!??
