It's still impossible for me to have no points unless I'm being embarrassed and treated unfairly. How can the point system have any truth or value if so many people have literally tens of thousands of votes. If I'm being punished for "bad" comments, there has to be a reset at some point, agree? If the points are not meaningful and merely political junk, why do you offer them?

    Why do we no longer have access to comments on news items? It says it's due to privacy preferences. This is for every news item. I haven't changed anything and there is nothing to say which one/one's I would need to change. I have seen various comments on this so it isn't just me. What is happening?

    AOL is now totally censoring this screen name. I love cupcakes is still being censored by AOL for twenty five years. I have another screen name that has been totally censored by AOL.......that screen name is now allowed to comment & it is now another screen name being censored.   19. Should have tech support on BETA prior to entering a PAID service

    Have PoP-UP on AOL - Games everyday and cannot remove it ....ONLY get this on AOL DESKTOP BETA. which " browser-update.org" trying to update my CHROME ( which is updated) . This may be malware attached to AOL and repeated calls to AOL have gone nowhere......
