  3. 3rd Party Mail Apps

    I have received a notice that I will no longer be able to use my Apple Mail on my desktop to check AOL. This is unacceptable, but because I am checking emails for my parents, I am unable to remove their accounts. Your junk filtering is horrible & their inboxes end up with 100-200 message of which only about 10-20 are legitimate. I continually have to mark messages as junk but they keep coming back. Also, I need to be able to keep all mail in one app because of the number of accounts that I have. Splitting them up…

  4. Ad on Sign In Screen

    In a follow up to my earlier complaint today about the AOL Sign In screen showing an ad for "Democrat Corruption Survey", I also submitted a formal complaint about this with your technician, Joyce, case#: 14975698. As I stated before, the ad is not even written in correct English, so my suspicion is that it is a Russian ad. Neither foreign nor domestic efforts to interfere with our election can be tolerated. YOU MUST TAKE THAT AD DOWN.

  7. How about a button to go to the #1 News Story

    Whenever I go to AOL (top of home page) the news pics seems to be at number 40 or 50... and it takes so long to click on each left < arrow to get back to the beginning. How about a button to quickly and easily go to the #1 news story?

  16. One used to be able to click on "News" and it would open a menu of subcategories such as US News, World News, Politics, Sports, and Science.

    Put the News menu back like it was. It was much easier to get to the news I was interested in.
