I'm a Paying Customer for Decades...Why Am I Subjected to Never-ending Ads
Inane ads in every square inch. Why am I subjected to that as a paying customer for decades? AOL has turned into an ad delivery medium without any real content. Time to look for another ISP.

AOL sign on news screen improvement
Nov. 18th AOL news stories on sign on screen, not one mention of the week long FOX patriot awards show in Hollywood Fla. It was an amazing show, veterans and 1st responders honored, veterans mortgages paid off, nothing political at all, it was all, it was all about the patriots. AOL decided this was NOT news worthy but the price of vacuums and gifts for dad was. 56 news stories and AOL fails to report on the patriot awards, if it was the Oscars, CMA or other award shows that are very political AOL would have 4 different stories about…

make the AOL game-Classic Solitaire card game wider or bigger
the AOL games square is smaller than what it was before because it used to be bigger and then during when I'd be playing Classic Solitaire cards on AOL's games website well there'd be video ads inbetween while I'd be playing a card game of Classic Solitaire how come ya can't make the screen bigger or what's all going on with it.

News feed content
Your news feed often contains articles of interest and usefulness. However I tire of every other article (and not an exaggeration) showing a picture of Donald Trump with the latest thing he thinks we care about, or that someone thinks is newsworthy about him. Enough. This happened even before his announcement on 11/15/22. Stop giving him the "air", publicity, and attention he no longer deserves. It has gotten to the point I'm starting to ignore the news feed altogether. There is so much more going on in the world that deserves our attention.

Report fair balanced, and truthful facts.
Bring your compass back to center. It should be the responsibility of all social media or any influential news organizations to not only report accurate and truthful information but to also allow opinions of others. Our country suffers from this one sided my way or the highway.

Spam & Data breach
I was NOT receiving much if any spam for years (sporadic hits). Then recently, around spring of 2022, I started receiving copious amounts of SPAM. Today (1 Nov 22) I have received in excess of 190 over a 13.5 hour period. I logged into feedback and saw over 129 feedbacks about SPAM. This is really out of your customers hands at this point. This has been going on since April or so.
It is obvious you have a data breach! I do not believe that all your customers are giving away their email addresses by going to "bad" sites.

"Generate Password Unavailable"
I use Outlook iOS for my mail and in order to do so, AOL must generate a password for me. The password is unstable as i often have to input (and generate) a new one. For the past 5 days, this option is unavailable. This has happened before and i just had to wait. I called the helpline and they do not have an explanation or a reason why this happens and only tell me to wait. Why is this happening and why is it unstable in general. This is quite frustrating. I look forward to your reply and explanation.

The FED is poised to raise interest rates another 0.75 percent so of course mortgages are going to go up. So people won't be able to afford a loan at the current house prices. So in the next year house prices will drop for those people who need to sell. Builders may be able to weather the storm, but they didn;t in the 2008 housing crash. I expect another housing crash this december.

Quit being so left leaning in your media reporting. We are officially in a recession yet nothing about it on your front page because it reflects badly on Biden. The 24hr/day Trump bashing continues and it's getting old. I too have been with AOL for 30+ years and am looking for a more moderate centered news outlet.

AOL should allow comments critical of Biden and the Democrats.
It appears that any comment critical of Biden or the Democrats is automatically flagged. Two of them in a row, comments that I have carefully drafted to avoid any vulgar language. AOL is functioning like a propaganda arm of the Biden administration and the Democrat party.
