  1. AOL is SO biased! You need to change your news.

    Have more fair and balanced news. The news services you are using are not just biased. Most of the time they are outright lies invented to divide.

  2. NEW MAIL APP IS AWFUL!

    Doesn't show number of messages; cannot delete ALL at once, must click each day. Doesn't show how many messages in Trash!
    News has pix next to each story so large you cannot read what the story is about.
    Truly awful. I wish I did not have to use this app to see mail.

  3. Why can wee not post our opinions?

    All AOL users are complaining about the inability to post comments under you news 'AOL TODAY' section. My preferences haven't changed, so we are not getting the full benefit of using AOL. Perhaps you should refund a portion of out monthly subscription?

  4. Allow users to comment t on all news articles.

    It seems like AOL is steering customers away from leaving comments on articles where a lot of objections to left wing policies are expected. Not very long ago I could leave a comment on every article on AOL. Now I can't. I am a conservative voter, and it seems like all the articles I disagree with cannot be commented on. I doubt this is just a coincidence.

  6. Stop giving all these "celebs" free pr

    Very much sick and tired of having articles about people like J Lopez in bathing suits at the beach, on vacation, etc. They are using you for free pr (unless they pay to have articles on here) and they are not news, informative or educational articles. It's stupid to take up space that could better educate or inform intelligently.

    We pay a subscription fee every month and any reply to a comment or news article is censored and/or blocked regardless how benign..Isn't there freedom of speech in our country?

    Many of your Opinionist are racist against Republican Americans. Why does AOL allow the hatred to flourish. Wouldn't it be more ethical to report only the news with no omissions or personal additions. Become a leader and demand honesty not to repost the garbage other anti-news companies do.

  14. Why are some news stories allowed comments and others are not?

    I'm just curious as to why some of your news stories allow the reader comments and others do not. There seems to be nor rhyme or reason categorically.

  17. The new Email layout is horrible. I can't see attachments and it's extremely difficult to navigate.

    Get a better email layout that's user friendly. The person with the most basic computer skills should be able to navigate the system. Too many ads that are not relevant.
