Problem with Bell Icon Notification for Likes and/or Replies on News Article Comments
There's been an ongoing issue, of late, with the Bell Icon notifications for "Likes" and/or "Replies" to comments made on AOL's news articles. The number will momentarily appear above the icon, but when you click on it...NOTHING new (bold print) in the pop-up list of notifications. In order to discern what was said, had to go to account listings and GUESS at what article I commented on. Why, you ask? Because there's also a glitch with the word POSTED not appearing (which won't permit you to click & go automatically to your comment). Nor is there a pic or headline so you can search for the article, click on "See Comments" and scroll down to the one you wrote. Cannot tell you how ANNOYING, and time consuming, this is. AOL...considering your available Tech advised they are unable to fix the anomalies (I've reported them all separately), kindly move this report up the food-chain and FIX the problems, plural. Thank you.

they are blocking all Republicans from being able to make comments on their articles, and give weak excuses why its unavailable yahoo is doing the same

they used to show the dislikes as well as the likes of articles, but AOL realized Americans can see just how many people dislike the Dems. so they stopped

It's been over 6 weeks since I can't see comments or likes to have discussions on the feed. I have complained and have been told that AOL hires outside help with that problem and they can't help me. Gave me a link for suggestions...that's it. It's not really suggestions either.

Happening to me to also and after two phone calls to tech support I was asked to leave feedback because they have no time to correct the issue. Hilarious as they still want the monthly fee for the service.

For the last few weeks I cannot access the reply’s to my comments on the aol news feed. Called tech support and no help. Please review and advise.

Yes, I'm having the same problem. I've reported it. Talked to support. No help at all.
