Fix the problem with the Comments section
I'm currently having a problem accessing the Comments. Signed into AOL on Microsoft Edge and couldn't pull up Comments there either. AOL's live chat was no help, nor was calling them directly. They said the only way for an IT Tech to see if this even warrants their attention is to read a post on this Feedback. And when you first submit the feedback, it winds up really low on the totem pole (somewhere in the thousands).

I am realy getting sick and tired of your arbitrary and capricious rejections of my comments. I have posted quotes from news articles that aol posted and had them rejected under my comment and I have copied and posted the exact words used against me and only changed the name and been rejected and have had posts directed atTrmp with foul language accepted by aol then copied and posted the SAME comment changing name to Biden and then get rejected. Rejects occure when meerly the word you is inserted directing a comment back to a commentor and that is ridiculous.…

This feedback forum is useless. AOL does nothing to fix the problems AOL creates.
Does anyone at AOL even read this feedback? It doesn't seem so. The comments section on news articles is getting worse and worse. It's like AOL's programmers for the comments' forum don't have a clue as to what they are doing. It was working fairly well before AOL started using a pop-up for comments instead of just taking users directly to the comment in the CORRECT article when a user clicks on a comment in their profile or a notification that someone liked or commented on the user's comment. adds are making aol unusable. I know you need to make money, but after 29 years with the same user name, im looking elsewhere.
downsize ads so our devises won't slow to a crawl. I got a new laptop, but aol mail is slowing everything to a crawl. I have a couple of gmail accounts, but actually prefer aol......until now.

Here is the deal AOL you lock us out with Win 11 after downloading saying you don't recognize our account and we've been with you through the stone age, and then you have to get another code, and if you shut down your computer you lose your email and have to get another code and on, and on and on COSTLY our phone services or text CHARGE EACH TIME. AOL has been delivering some of my incoming emails up to 2 days LATE (after they were sent to me). I check my emails several times a day, and then all of a sudden I see a whole bunch of late emails 1 to 2 days after the fact. WTF??? Really annoying!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Help stop repeated junk mail please. I report and delete this mail but nothing seems to help. What can AOL do for us?

Pop-up notifications no longer available when someone "likes" or "replies" to your Comment
Have already spoken to Tech Support about this issue; but was informed they don't have the capability of correcting this issue. It would have to be submitted on this Feedback feature. These pop-ups help by allowing you to go to notifications and read replies or see "likes" to your comments. Although the Bell Notification feature works, the pop-ups assist users during real time activities.
If other customers don't care for this feature, it would behoove AOL's IT gurus to provide an option to toggle the pop-up feature on and off.

Recovery of lost "Saved Email"
I have been a subscriber of AOL since 1994. On October 30, 2025 I discovered that every "saved Email" on my master account "jjcshndrsn" and additional accounts, "buttnercreekhome", "hndrsn0221", "hndrsn0517", "deapilot", "usmc094418" and "gs13step10" was gone. I was shown no saved massage. AOL tech supporter "Roxy" was unable to recover anything. I am requesting support from any AOL technician to recover my missing "saved Email". James J. Henderson

Your home buying tips are very helpful, but I’ve always wanted a pro and con on not using a realtor to sell my home, and save the commission
I’ve always wanted to learn about the pros and cons of selling our home without a realtor, and save commissions. Now, I hear there are possible negative exposures, but saving 6% on a $500,000 is $30,000. So, knowing the potential exposure, knowing how to mitigate that exposure could be helpful. Also, what number and percentage are sold without a realtor, and how many of them resulted in no negative effects. Can exposure be mitigated with cash sales, or using a knowledgeable person in title insurance to mitigate exposure.

Fix my email
Fix my email! I spent over 30min on the phone with an AOL representative who did not resolved issue. Anytime I open an email with a hyper link and click on it, it says "web page not available..." I can only open email hyperlinks by going to basic.mail.aol.com in my browser-not on my AOL app anymore.
