Try Offering Competent Customer Service
Is the AOL Motto, "Greed is Good". Attempted to find assistance as the SAVED ON MY PC" item and all my FOLDERS have disappeared. When I call tech support, it's now always with some imbecile in a foreign country who doesn't speak understandable English and then they repeat questions and so called answers 3 to 5 times making it an extremely frustrating experience. As an AOL Customer since 1997, I am disgusted with how AOL has deteriorated as the service is deplorable. Why can we not speak to a tech person in the United States? Hi team. I just discovered, and my friendly AOL tech confirmed, that on the email page where the folders are listed on the left column of the page, the counter next the the Spam heading was recently removed! I actually use that function to monitor my spam folder at a quick glance. I can understand making changes, but why remove a useable function when it all it is is a little piece of information? At least make it optional to remove.

I used to love You guys. Because everything was so balanced, and your news was non-biased and showed both sides of the story, I’m so sick of the anti-Trump campaign every single day, even though I didn’t actually vote for Trump-i’m so sick of hearing such a one-sided attack on this individual, it makes me reconsider that possibly what he stands for is actually true and valid and right because he’s being so attacked by main stream media—-what happened to reporting balanced opinions on both sides of a subject so that the listener could make their own decision?

2 hours agoThis won't last. It's all about money. When the tourist dollars are 50% of what they used to be, things will change. Only 50% of europeans are fully vaccinated. This is just more pressure from government to control us and force vaccinations.
