  7. My account is hacked by a user named micv22 and AOL will not allow me to delete the compromised social media account.

    This is an unacceptable breach of security. Why would the hacker prevent me from deleting a compromised account?

    Please investigate the details relating to user micv22 while I report this to government authorities, and we can discuss this when you are available.

    In any event, I want to delete this account and understand your rationale for allowing the hacker to determine AOL user security.

  10. Why should we have to pay for what has been free for YEARS??? Tech support is snotty and wants us to pay for help-

    I call for help- they tell me I have to pay for something that's been free since day one- over 30 years (a guess) --- tech support says pay or no help- .

  11. Send me back to the old AOL system, new one is not compatible to old people

    I find the new AOL system not compatible to older people. I am 93 and have had nothing but problems since you changed the system, I have been able to get BBC messages sent out. Before the change it was
    very simple. You added a item I would never use, Subscriptions. It is confusing to me.

  19. AOL Mail is slow/not responding in Windows Computer

    Unable to delete & move email, also unable to send/receive email.
    has a new Widows 10 computer, tried accessing email in Microsoft Edge & Chrome but unable to do any action.
    Internet speed is 830 Mbps
    Able to login and open an email on Chrome & Microsoft Edge but it's either very slow or not responding, then when the email comes up, we are able to open mail but will freeze & will no longer respond.
    Also tried incognito browser, same issue
    Email somehow works in basic version in Chrome & Microsoft Edge but very slow
    Unable to open AOL…
