  2. Please give back the Sort by Subject option for drafts. Cannot use AOL without being able to sort my drafts with one touch by date & time

    Must have the option to sort Drafts by Subject. This option was just taken away..again. Need to sort drafts by date and time of event which I could do until just now when the option to sort by Subject was removed.

    Please put it back. Thank you.

    Whomever is in charge of your "rebranding" is an abysmal idiot! Who are you rebranding AOL for? Your current long time customers DO NOT NEED THAT HIDEOUS DISTRACTING *****-COLORED BAR AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE! We already know that we are using AOL, we don't need you to so obnoxiously point it out! You can keep finding ways to make AOL more and more obnoxious and unbearable or GIVE CONSIDERATION TO YOUR EXISTING CUSTOMERS. GET RID OF IT NOW!

  10. I am getting f'd by AOL cancled NORD 2 months ago and still getting billed.

    2 months ago the AOL tech took NORD out of my system when we could not get the system to run correctly with it for some reason BUT today I again went in and manually stopped it and was told my account would still be good through April 20, 2025. I have never used it and it has NEVER worked

    email from a sender at @live.co.uk to a @compuserve.com email address does not arrive. I can send to them, they cannot reply. There is of course, it seems, NO WAY AT ALL of dealing with this. or of notifying you. This is a travesty of "service". Its past time public utility standards of behaviour applied.

    Good day:

    I have still not received a response from you in regards to your company honoring their commitment to give me a one time phone support for these issues. Please advise how I can get this done. The original case number on that was 24982171 but I have other case numbers as well including 24970862, 24971372, 25104327 and 25075028.

    I have some VERY SERIOUS CONCERNS with AOL since you changed your system a few weeks ago.

  15. Better monitoring on the comments section of news stories

    There is a poster on the board that goes by THEORIGINALMITTENS. See below for the way she gets past the board censors. This could easily be stopped if you would just automatically block any post that contains Alt Codes. Muting doesn't work because she just makes a new screen name (same name but different numbers after the @ sign). I've seen her go through up to 7 new names a day. Is there a way to just block her IP?? She also posts offensive GIFs containing nudity and words like ***********, drink my orange *, *, **…

  16. Old Format!

    Publish user friendly steps for returning to the old email format. The new one which has been forced on us.....PAYING MEMBERS!!!!.....is not an improvement at all. Rather, it is distracting and cumbersome. Like they say, "If it ain't broke, then don't fix it!!!".

  20. You could invite balanced opinions. Add a forum called "AOL Middle"

    You could divide AOL into 3 sections AOL "sections"

    AOL Left, AOL Right , and AOL Middle,
    advertising .. NEW AOL, Meet me in the Middle!
