Vary few of my comments cross the line, but somebody "reports" something I said that aol originally cleared and I get blocked. I can quit aol you know.

The notifications bell, in comments, won't take me back to respond to someone else's comment
Can you fix this problem.....Someone responds to my comment on an AOL article and I receive a notification. But, when I click on it, it won't take me to the comment. I stay on the same page. It's so frustrating!

If you're going to continue to use Masque for your gambling, you need to get them to put it back the way it was.
Many do not like seeing the chat while they are playing. With their new format, about a third of my screen is just black. Nothing about the changes is appealing, so I will discontinue playing on your site. I played other games when I used the casino, but I won't anymore if you don't put it back the way it was. This is awful.

It would be nice if AOL did not take political sides, respect all of your customers. Most if not all of your articles are very one sided .

Make this thing I've belonged to since 1986
Be able to reinstall Desk top Gold after uninstalling it so that AOL Gold is not responding" never shows up. No computer repairman locally can fix this problem and every time I call for assistance, I get someone from SE Asia who tries to sell me a monthly fee "fix it" program..Malware, Mechanic, etc..I'm tired of AOL but need for email

your website is a disaster
I have been trying to cancel this account for years, but it seems impossible. I got notice of a data breach and got on to change my password. It showed a large number of emails. Everytime I try to get into mail to delete everything and verify that my "I don't use this address anymore" message is still active, it logs me out. I would be happy if this meant that the account was cancelled, but you're obviously accepting e-mails. Why are you still in business?
