What I'm witnessing on AOL now is a left leaning political viewpoint.
I have been an AOL lifelong account member and have witnessed the gradual procession to the liberal left leaning viewpoint of your articles. You are reporting negatively your views of the political right and righteously of the political left. I'm dumbfounded on why you would disrespect any AOL member group to push a political agenda.

The majority of comments are hidden and do not violate any rules. Some comment sections have over 90% of them hidden. I have informed openweb of this problem in their feedback with NO results.

Welcome Screen
Some time back the Welcome Screen News started to automatically cycle thorught the news every few seconds. It used to it would stay on an article topic until you advanced it to the next article topic. I liked to advance through the topic manually. I found that if I closed the welcome screen and then clicked on Welcome I would get the older screen that did not auto cycle. This is a hasle and I want to know how you can set the welcome screen to default on the welcome screen that does not auto cycle.

why are you not delivering emails sent from visa and network solutions ?
I get daily emails from visa credit card settlement and daily emails from network solutions when an orders are shipped. Are you retaliating because I stopped paying you 39.00 a month - for 30 years I paid you - and you didn't help then either. And you blocked not only reading comments, but adding to comments.

FIX THE NEWS POSTING PAGE!!!!
I am getting really tired of paying a fortune for AOL and all it "special programs" and then when I have something to say of value on a news page having the page skip all over the place and having to go back to the statement time and time again because AOL clearly does not want responses posted to their news. AND I AM NOT THE FIRST PERSON to complain that I have read on here. And they need to loose their AI that decided what we can post and what we can not. I can't tell you the number…

My computer was hacked while talking to an AOL tech. Who do I talk to about that? Terrifying. No manager to talk to!
While on the phone with an AOL tech to fix a problem coordinating my email with my devices, a different voice cuts in claiming they were an OAL security rep and I had just been hacked and that my computer was now wide open to all the bad guys and that it was imperative immediately to address it. Very convincing. He ended taking over my computer and tried to sell me some machine to fix the issue. I finally figured out that this was a bad guy. I called back AOL tech support and asked to speak to a manager.…

On a phone captcha is too small. It also keeps going forever, then tells you too many attempts. Most annoying piece of chit software I have ever seen.

Fix the bug in the Comments on AOL News stories
In the last 2 days, almost every comment on an AOL News story, no matter how innocuous, is hidden with the message "This content is hidden as it may be in violation of our community guidelines." One has to click on the "View" link to open the comment. It's not just me. Other readers are seeing this also and complaining about it. So why haven't you fixed this bug? Your algorithm already is a joke because it doesn't understand context. It often rejects perfectly innocent words because it takes them out of context. But this is not that. What's happening…

I see MULTIPLE HARRIS Contribution ads every time I open AOL. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. It is NOT balanced reporting. It is a swindle - having a candidate that NO ONE voted for in the primary show up continually in "send me money" ads.
