  1. Issues with account listed posted comments

    Some comments show "___ hours or days ago" without the article headline below it, rather than "posted ___ hours or days ago with the headline, not allowing you to click on it and return to the post in the comment section of the article. In turn, replies or likes, to these typed comments, aren't showing up as a pop-up or at the Notification Bell. This intermittent anomaly should NOT be happening. AOL, kindly fix the problem.

  2. The chat comments are very erratic, where now, I cannot read comments made in response to my posts. It is not reliable.

  3. Commenter's feedback from news articles

    I'm having a problem with the comment page after reading a news article on the AOL homepage. I am unable to tap into the notification button (bell symbol) nor the systems button (wheel) without the screen turning a dark shade of gray. I have to retap these symbols in order for the screen to go back to a clearer picture. The same occurrence happens with the "newest, oldest, best" arrow also.   7. AOL Stop increasing monthly rates

    I have been with aol over 20 years and refuse to pay $19.00 a month to continue with this company when I can get it for free. If it rises close to $19.00 I am done. That is way to much when you can get it for free and it is free with my internet service. I only keep AOL beacuse people jobs are on the line. But I can no longer afford it as many other people who will not be able to. Stop increasing the fee if you want people to stay.

  13. "Partner Ads" for US 250th Anniversary hats need to be checked for potential scam/fraud. Buyers beware!

    Hats are really nice looking. The advertising is very patriotic and they care about their customers, bla, bla, bla. Run their ***.com ("who is 'their name'.com") and you may find several Scam/Fraud Warnings. Also, read their Terms of Service (so much fun). What's their address??? Woops, they must have forgot to add that! WOW, so many items you can't return, repeated over and over again throughout TOS. Hmm, it's starting to look like all they wanted was my credit card info. They have the order, getting it ready, said the e-mail order conformation. Did they ship it yet?

    When we enter the secret code sent to her ;phone, the AOL page automatically reverts to MY email which is rmaness@verizojn.net and it will NOT allow me to change her password. Your "paid" service agent would not assist!!
