Why are comments crashing all the time?
The comments are crashing constantly. Comments are being refused for no good reason. If your going to refuse a comment you should say why, instead of blanket refusal.

Return to the previous email format ... ASAP
The new email page is a major step in the wrong direction ... give me my old email page back ... change is not necessarily progress ... in this case it is definitely NOT progress.

Auto Site Contact
When I see a site and click on it for basic information, I get a popup with choices I can make including talking to someone. Please stop this practice as it is intrusive. Just because someone looks at a site does not mean you need to have the site(s) send emails to us thus clogging our inbox and causing us to have to email every one that we are not interested. No one looked at the whole picture.

Fix the email
Bring the old format of e-mail back as the current version sucks. Have been with AOL since the 90s and this ****** format will drive me to GMAIL. I noticed not one of your comments is stating this is a good format so I assume you are all afraid to admit you were wrong. Relax, shortly 81 Biden voters will admit they were wrong and will correct their wrong. The sun will still come up tomorrow

I do not support Skamala Harris and find it incredibly offensive that you continually put up her picture to solicit my contributions to her campaign. She's not even officially the candidate yet. You did it with Biden until he was finally forced to quit. STOP!!!!!

Don't allow pictures in comments
I think that AOL would be better off if there were no pictures allowed in the comment section. The pic's (gif's, jpeg,etc) are very annoying and many are insulting and nasty but when reported they are only taken down for a few minutes then they're put right back up same as reported comments. I'm a paid AOL subscriber and feel I am being insulted when just anyone can come on AOL (free) and use the comment section to insult, ridicule and threat people and AOL does nothing to stop it even when reported. New email Reply format with automatic bulleting when you press the enter key to start a new line or paragraph is clumsy.
When replyng to an email, the earlier format that didn't automatically bullet new lines was more efficient. The new format confounds narrative paragraphs. If we need to bullet an item, an asterisk or dash is sufficient.
