  2. Please bring the old AOL email format

    Please bring back the original (Prior) email format. You have recently changed the AOL email format and it is difficult to use and very confusing. The prior format was wonderful for "at a glance" checking emails. You have made format changes in the past and they were never a problem. Then new format is awful!! It is NOT easy to use.

  4. Who's stupid Idea was It to make the news headline stories so small and not stop scrolling?

    Return It to the way It was, for those of us that Pay for your services get rid of all the advertisements that were not present before you made It free to the public.

  11. Reply email should not remove a previous sender's formatting!

    When I reply to an email, the entire thread changes to the default font I have selected, which I don't want! I want to keep the original sender's formatting for what they send, and use my selected formatting/font for what I send.

  17. Compare emails to "Contact List" so that they Do Not end up in SPAM!!!!

    Get your Game programmers to use your email accounts to find out how frustrating it is to constantly have to check SPAM for emails from your contact list.
