  4. Stop tragic animal stories on homepage news.

    No one needs to be traumatized by stories about frozen puppies or dead baby giraffes when there's nothing we can do to help. If this if click bait, it's really, really low. I'm about to head to gmail on account of this stuff.

  6. Biden age coverage bias

    i.e. "voters are uncomfortable with having a sometimes doty 81-year-old ." I mean really? I'm not saying favor him but how about fair and equal coverage? You know try being professional. If I want this kind of coverage I'd go to "Faux News." It's below AOL in my view, a much more honest and trusted site... usually.

  7. Why are videos automatically playing in the news stream? Just started this week. Interrupts streaming back

    This interruption of the news stream is VERY irritating and pointless. It disrupts access to items. Stop it now!

  14. My account is hacked by a user named micv22 and AOL will not allow me to delete the compromised social media account.

    This is an unacceptable breach of security. Why would the hacker prevent me from deleting a compromised account?

    Please investigate the details relating to user micv22 while I report this to government authorities, and we can discuss this when you are available.

    In any event, I want to delete this account and understand your rationale for allowing the hacker to determine AOL user security.

  15. Financial Section

    Return to previous version of the financial section so that we can see actual numbers for the Dow etc. as well as investigate various stock performance. The current version does not allow the user to do the latter which makes it useless

  18. Why should we have to pay for what has been free for YEARS??? Tech support is snotty and wants us to pay for help-

    I call for help- they tell me I have to pay for something that's been free since day one- over 30 years (a guess) --- tech support says pay or no help- .

  19. Send me back to the old AOL system, new one is not compatible to old people

    I find the new AOL system not compatible to older people. I am 93 and have had nothing but problems since you changed the system, I have been able to get BBC messages sent out. Before the change it was
    very simple. You added a item I would never use, Subscriptions. It is confusing to me.
