  3. Stop the political ads for Kamala Harris!!! It is offensive to me. I don't need my email provider to attempt to influence my politics.

    As an AOL customer since almost before AOL came into being I resent the waste of time I must endure to access my email thru this two-step authentication process. What does it actually accomplish!!??

  12. Adding words to spell check when sending emails

    When spell checking before sending an email, a word is highighted for being misspelled an option given should also be, "Add to dictionary". Just an example HOA - Home Owners Association shows as misspelled. There are many words or acronyms that some use on a regular basis and having them pop up to be ignored an inconvenience that could easily be fixed.

  15. there is no way to add all the emails from a group to create a "list" in contacts

    In gmail i can create a group from the to: field of email addresses. In aol, I have to individually add each contact into the list as an individual and then add that individual to a group list. I know you can do better than that. ALSO, I should be able to copy the list from the TO: field and paste it into a document and see email addresses. I don't. I see only names. VERY FRUSTRATING.

  16. 2FA not working

    Fix your authentication. This is a bug not a feature request. I logged in this morning and it asked for the authenticator code. After that, it required a THIRD authentication by sending me a 6-digit code to my phone. WTF! Two factor is already on, why is it asking me for a THIRD authentication method? This means your security is not working.
