    Scrolling through to see news bites is riddled with ads I do not wish to view and am unable to tab through. This is the most frustrating use of my time! I will from here on out get my news feed from other sources. Despise your mandatory ad clips, and "yahoo news". Keep the ridiculous ads below the news feed as they were before!!

    Hate this new email and format. Put it back the way it was! Guess I will have to leave this service and to think I pay for it each month!!! I have been a loyal customer since the beginning! I have been with you for decades! Now ads I can't delete and I PAY for the service. Shame on YOU! I should not have to see ads if I pay a monthly fee.

  6. Remove ridiculous forced videos in topics carousel. Or at least fix it.

    The videos are right below the topics. if I wanted to watch them, they are right there. But if for some reason you feel you must force them on us, at least make it possible to scroll backwards through the topics. When you get to the first one of a group it goes back into the forced video and then jumps forward to the next video. There's no way to get back to a topic if you decide you want to other than going all the way through the 50-60 topics list. Which with all the forced video is a…

    I need update before I change services. Subscriber for many years. Now service in zip code 22209 has deteriorated significantly. May take 10-20 minutes for header to download and up to 30 minutes for message to download from server. Are you going to improve capacity to provide better service to your customers?   12. Two-Factor Identification

    Can you introduce a "Remember this Device" checkbox for logging in? Right now, your two-factor identification for logging in on the laptop requires me to get a code from my phone EVERY TIME I log in. This is excessive. I would like for AOL to remember my device so I don't have to do it again until my cache is cleared. Thanks.

  14. Advertise AOL to Yahoo users using Google ads.

    Right now, Yahoo has so many readers using their news feed that they are actively trying to get rid of them. At least half of the Yahoo commenters have openly expressed how badly they wished there was another news feed, comparable to Yahoo's, where they could go read articles and make comments. Meanwhile, AOL is a ghost town, because they don't advertise their existence, so nobody knows their news feed exists! If AOL advertised on Yahoo, half of Yahoo's readers would leave for AOL, bringing in more ad revenue for AOL, making this site more interesting for those of us…

  18. Your email doesn't let you come back to the email you answer, so you can file it. It just disappears. Did anyone actually test/try this?

    We need to be able to come back to an email we've just answered, or forwarded, so we can file it. Right now, it just disappears. You have to go get it in the old mail.

  19. STOP ELEVATED SOUND VOLUME ON CASINO ADS - RE BACKGAMMON GAME

    Who thought it would be a great idea to push Casino ads every minute on Games site. How could anyone enjoy a Backgammon game with interruptions every minute with Casino ads and even more annoying elevated sound with the Casino ads. The elevated sound is enough to wake the dead. This must stop or AOL loses me for good. I am not a pawn for AOL. I understand ads but this new thing is so irritating. Why would anyone want to participate in this scam.
