3. AOL DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT!!!!

   I have been with AOL since its start in the 80's and its decline since. I want to delete my two accounts however AOL does not allow me to!!!! I followed the steps, enter my PRIMARYEMAILADDRES@aol.com and AOL still tells me "Email could not be verified. Please enter a valid email address" ... FREAKING KIDDING ME?! And I am certainly not going to pay to speak to a person on a phone to summarily cancel my accounts... FIX THIS NONSENSE

9. PLEASE increase the blocked email addresses from a limit of 1000 to a limit of 2000

   to just delete spam emails does not stop them from resending more emails . to go through each email in spam and mark unsubscribe does no stop the emails . However in AOL Gold if I right click on the email address of the sender the pop up allows me to have the email address added to the blocked email address list . this is the only thing that works effectively . yesterday I had over 500 spam emails . I was going through and right clicking and adding the emails to the blocked email list . I have 275 more to go. Now Im being told there is an error . upon investigation I saw that the blocked email list has a limit !!! it is 1000 and I am at the limit . I do not want to mark only receive emails from my contacts and send the rest to spam . I will miss out on work emails sent to me by people who are not in my contact list. I do not want to set up a filter to send them to trash and they will be removed after 7 days. I want the spam emails to stop and with the 1000 limit you have taken away the only thing that worked to stop them. PLEASE adjust the programming to raise the limit of the blocked email addresses to 2000 or make it unlimited . PLEASE ! I make maybe 1 internet purchase a year. I constantly clear the browser settings and constantly do a disc clean . I have shut down every privacy option I can find to limit my exposure for marketing etc. My phone number is on record with vulcan 7 to not sell my info. The exposure of the spam emails is concerning and I want to have the tried and true ability to add the email addresses to the blocked email address reinstated . My AOL gold was down for a few weeks and I just had it restored yesterday. I had an emergency surgery and did not have my computer with me to attend to the spam email addresses and they escalated to over 500 in 3 weeks time . aol via my cell and firefox DOES not have the right click and can add to the blocked email address. ONLY aol Desktop gold has this feature . Please make this change and if anything you can add it as another benefit feature for aol desktop gold . The hoursI have spent on this are astronomical. Thank you for looking into this and I am anticipating that a change can take place very quickly and in turn myself and many others will have a reasonable tool to combat repetitive spam emails . the spamers already have the program that if we open the email they distribute my email address to their minions because now they have a validated email . to have the ability to not open the email and to send the address to the blocked email list protected me . And all of this is over them to supporting the right for gays, lesbians, TS to teach their lifestyle to 4 to 8 year olds WITHOUT PARENTAL CONSENT ! Disney
    now thinks that is desirable to ignore parental rights and decisions.
    Remember that when you got to Disney they keep all those taxes they charge you ! It is an independent "city" which creates it's own rules without votes ! And noe they are fighting the rights of parents to say
