  3. Bias against Asian Community in Posts

    AOL, you have posted an article this morning (11/28) saying 'two cases of Omicron variant found in Australia' and inappropriately posted a picture of an Asian mom and son. Suggesting the two infected are of Asian decent. I am calling the author out on his/her inexcusable misuse of imagery that further pushes the narrative that China and Chinese people are to blame for every covid-related issue. These subtle images is what is fueling hate towards Asian-Americans and the Asian community. Do Better. I am leaving Aol not only because of this but also every way to get support in reporting…

  6. Restore my ability to make a comment on AOL news articles

    When I follow guide lines like most libs, my comments are up for approval but never get approved. The time on my comments always says "just now" that way when I leave the news article, all my comments get deleted. Why is that AOL

  9. Need to go from a folder back to the SENT file..

    WE are not able to organize e mails according to who they were sent to..and are not able to move a folder back to the SENT FOLDER so we can see who sent the e mails.

  15. fix the messaging in the news. It is broken yet again.

    Once again the email and messaging system is broken in the "In the Community" comment section where you comment on the news stories. It would be so nice if it worked again and kept working more than a week or so. I might actually consider paying for my membership again. As it is, why pay for something that is broken all the time.

    Can anyone tell me why I can no longer post anything to partcipate in discussions. I have pulled up the Community Standards and have not posted
    anything deemed offensible as per those standards- No one from AOL has responded to my many requests for derails as to what CS I broke- I find the entire censorship odd for AOL to decide what is offensive and then not tell is what it is that was offensive.

    I am on total censorship by AOL. This has been going on for twenty five YEARS.I have written two thousand feed backs only to have AOL blame this user. I love cupcakes has been censored for twenty five years.....there's no pictures or foul language. AOL actually ignores all my feed back by labeling them duplicates.......and I mean every single one. AOL has NEVER tried to fix this.....nor have they tried to contact me. The last time did contact AOL.......their tech help not only cursed me out.......they were flashing bells & *****' on my screen.......they also kept flashing middle fingers. AOL…
