What is the purpose of this section? Every day people comment on your news selections FOR YEARS! Yet nothing is done about it. So I'm asking what is the purpose of this feedback section if nobody at AOL even reacts to it? What is the purpose of this feedback section?

I want my AOL email account show in the upper right hand corner of my mail page. It shows my netscape account even I am signed in to my AOL account. Even sending an email, it shows my netscape account. Contacted a tech support from AOL, advised me to submit a feedback since there was a glitch in your website. Please help me.

I was censored three times
I was censored three times for commenting on the negative drift in race relations over the past 20 or so years. The censorship was unrelenting because I tried twice more to make the points while eliminating what may have been inflammatory speech in some opinions.
I would like for my postings to be reviewed. They were factually accurate and not inflammatory, but the censor was very biased.If possible, reply to me on why my comments were censored.

Fix the Tech Support System
I just spent the last three hours trying to get tech support for my email, with zero satisfaction. I called in twice, each time waiting in a long queue for a level 1 CSR, each time, I was then transferred to another queue for tech support, and after 30 to 40 minutes in that queue, my call was dumped.

Stop Racist Reporting
Stop being racist and insinuating racism in your news stories - Example AOL headline stated "Black real estate agent, clients handcuffed outside of Michigan home" - this had nothing to do with the color of anyone's skin. If it were a white real estate agent, AOL wouldn't had the story headline say "White real estate agent..."
