Suggestive and sexually provocative advertising
On the AOL home page, please delete your ads like Koreadates, or any other company that is soliciting dates/services related to the marketing of young women or men. It is not appropriate and some of the photos are provocative and too sexually suggestive. They should not be included in the news page.

Fix comments
The comments section is non-functional. The bar shows lots of comments. When I click on it, it acts as if it’s opening the comments section, but after the description about commenting, the next article is there, instead of the comments.
A second issue with comments is that when I COULD read and respond to them or make my own, it would email me any responses to my post. But when I clicked on the button to reply to that person, it took me to the beginning of the comments section instead of the string containing my comment. Other times, clicking…

if travelling & phone gets stolen/broken, give us a dang way to access our email with, say,, answer security questions online after hours!!!
teach your programmers and your "smart (stupid) virtual assistant" how to use our security questions to let us into our email when a phone is NOT available at all !!! you rely too dang much on the world having a stinkin cell phone attacned to our *** ALL the time. that's not the real world. give us a way in without a text or a phone call to our cell phone !! AI Censoring and Rejection of Comments rejects Freedom of Speech.
My comments are being rejected at an alarming rate. I don't rant or rave, use cuss words or any threatening speech yet my comments are frequently rejected with no explanation. AOL gone overboard on its censoring of comments. Freedom of Speech is ignored by AI monitors.

Name listed on auto generated card shows different name
Whenever to click (from) address or email address itself showing the account's name on a different name. Issue noticed couple of days ago. Issue noticed last April 8, 2026.

font color
It would be nice when writing email to be able to use the italic and change the color I prefer to use. Setting it up in settings to make it permanent unless I choose to change it in the future. Example: Italic and the color dark blue.

APP ISSUE
I was using the app just fine and when I had to change the password on all my accounts the app would not let me sign in to any of my accounts at all. It started on the mail screen, gave me the option to sign in, and then when I tried to sign in, it went right back to the mail screen without letting me sign in at all. I was on the phone with AOL customer service and we tried EVERYTHING and nothing worked.

Daily Horoscope
Hey AOL, if you're gonna list something as DAILY, then that's what it's supposed to be...DIFFERENT EVERY DAY...not daily duplications. Stop running the exact same horoscope two and three days in a row. By doing that, it makes even true believers in the star signs skeptical of what you've printed.
