Stop being so overtly biased in your "NEWS" feeds.
It make you look ridiculous! Instead, try to actually investigate stories, rather than just republishing the same story form another news outlet with a different tagline. It makes anything in your feed untrustworthy and makes AOL as a whole, look ridiculous. I am seriously thinking about deleting my email and going private simply because of this.

YOU,AOL, are so steeped in your liberal, biased thought process, YOU have gone beyond the point of NO RETURN. Anderson Cooper made AG Barr, chuckle when he claimed CNN is "fair and balanced". When YOU suppress or change the news to fit a certain narrative, there's NO HOPE! The only reason I read your headlines is to hold you responsible for fake, suppressed news, or just plain lies!

As a retired journalist, I am appalled at your liberal bias and obvious hatred toward the President. The bedrock principles of Journalism.....Accuracy, Objectivity, Fairness and Balance....have been shredded by AOL. I am seriously considering dumping you people. Your actions are disgusting and shameful. Our public institutions must be held accountable....but your coverage is beyond the pale! So much so, it appears AOL is cheering for the virus!!!!

Give valid ad control to users
After 25 years with AOL, I'm ready to dump it. My email page has constant jumping ads on the right--for women's clothes! (I'll let you know if I become a cross-dresser). This is maddening and illogical. And the problem remains, even though I select "NO" on the ad choice pages.

Stop with so many slideshow and click through stories.
I have been a subscriber to AOL for many years, back to the Compuserve and dial up days. I am becoming more, and more, disallusioned and disappointed with the stories you present that have to be clicked through a dozen or more times. I'm considering leaving the site permanently.
