    Your new format dropped my favorite list. When I try to recreate, it won't allow saying "the name already exists". How stupid are you for changing the format and make so many people unhappy.

  7. Please bring the old AOL email format

    Please bring back the original (Prior) email format. You have recently changed the AOL email format and it is difficult to use and very confusing. The prior format was wonderful for "at a glance" checking emails. You have made format changes in the past and they were never a problem. Then new format is awful!! It is NOT easy to use.

  10. Give us a "heads up" when you change the software display(s)!!!!

    Stop changing the software access points without giving us a "HEADS UP" as to what you are doing. As for the "new" AOL mail system -- it SUCKS!!! I speak (type) from over 32 years of IT experience --- and your failures are getting worse every time you "FIX" something in the system.

  18. Fix Location on Home Page

    Fix the location on the AOL homepage as it keeps changing every few days from what I set as my location and others have this problem too. This happens on both my browsers (Edge and Chrome) so it must be an AOL technical problem. I have submitted this earlier and still not fixed.

    this "new" email format is treacherous to say the least. I have lost so many messages while trying to "save". Where do they go?? Why is something so simple so difficult. I would switch to gmail but have used this address for many years. I am so disappointed in AOL. Fix it!!!!
