New Email Format
Please bring back the original email format! You are not going to entice ANY new people to come back to AOL with this format. All you are doing is annoying all of your loyal customers who still use your email service.

Please make log-in easier not harder
Lately I have had to go through a call back process to get into my e-mail account. Honest! I don't give out my password and I don't send secure information over e=mails. Once in a while going through a second procedure to log in is ok but, every time is a pain!

Need toolbar for formatting for bold,underline link etc. in the basic mail version
Formatting in basic version will be user-friendly if we have the toolbar even on the basic mail version of aol.

Background Button Unavailable
My background button is now unavailable and the photo I had is no longer there. I now have a blank blue screen. I cannot change or out up a background photo.

Senior users
I'm a senior citizen and often you ask me to take a picture of something and put in a passkey. I don't even know what that is. Keep it simple if you want to keep older members. Just require an ID and password.

can't connect my aol email to android phone
Been using aol email for decades. Now, I cannot my aol email to my new Samsung cell phone. No problem connecting my yahoo email account. AOL SUCKS!

I'm surprised you have a category called "News". I still have your service only because it is a convenience to me.
