  1. Writing emails is now a figgin' mess

    You've reduced the font sizes to maybe six and with each and every email I've got to AGAIN pick the font I want. Then I either have to click to delete whatever you call your line of font size, color etc or almost half of the screen is covered. Whomever came up with this nightmare should be fired!

  5. Identify source of article in teaser

    Simply identify the originator of the article in the teaser. Some sources AOL uses are unreliable and I click off immediately. But I still clicked on so stats show I read the article when I didn't.

  6. why does AOL not delete old spam like it says

    AOL says it delete spam 5 days old. Guess AOL can't count it is March 19th I have 2400 spam emails and many of them are from the 5th of march. That is 2 weeks old .

  11. AOL Mail is slow/not responding in Windows Computer

    Unable to delete & move email, also unable to send/receive email.
    has a new Widows 10 computer, tried accessing email in Microsoft Edge & Chrome but unable to do any action.
    Internet speed is 830 Mbps
    Able to login and open an email on Chrome & Microsoft Edge but it's either very slow or not responding, then when the email comes up, we are able to open mail but will freeze & will no longer respond.
    Also tried incognito browser, same issue
    Email somehow works in basic version in Chrome & Microsoft Edge but very slow
    Unable to open AOL…

  15. Where ever in the world you are the main AOL page should be in your preferred language of choice

    I am visiting in Germany and I cannot get the main page to read in English. My profile settings are English- United States, yet the main page is in German.

  16. Navigation in new format is bad, really bad.

    The new-ish formatting has some pluses. But, trying to navigate out of an article is really frustrating. This has been reported before and the problem continues. Either fix it to allow commonsense use of the back navigation arrow or provide an obvious link back to the home page.

  20. AOL Gold would be so much better if you would get rid of the OLD Mail in the IN-Box!!!! I would really appreciate that!!!!
