For the 20th time, I recommend that AOL screen, test & ask for several samples of writing B4 U hire someone to be a supposed "journalist".
Stephanie Elam should've written: So. Calif. was SHAKEN by earthquakes. Instead, she wrote "A series of earthquakes has Southern California shook. Without a doubt, this is BAD GRAMMAR and a tad illiterate. Where in the heck do you get these pathetic, so-called "journalists"? They're inept and ignorant!!!!!

Having issues reading stories when clicking on them from the main page. I get a bubble to "read full story" and nothing happens when i click
When I click a headline on the main page, it says to click to "read full story" but nothing appears when I click the bubble. I've contacted AOL support and they could not find the problem and told me to enter trust post.

Important emails that were flagged/starred keep randomly disappearing by itself.
Please fix this bug/issue as it has Severity 1 outcome. Important (flagged/starred) emails keep disappearing by itself (without being put in Trash folder if deleted by accident). This happens on both mine and my wife's accounts. You can find older dated emails in the Trash folder which means that Trash folder wasn't emptied. This could be due to possible issue with nightly backup/restore daemon!?

Email read on AOL app in Android does not sync with AOL mail on desktop.
If I read email on my Android phone using the AOL app, it still shows up as unread on my desktop even if I refresh the page. However if I read email on my desktop it shows up as read on the desktop. Additionally if I read AOL mail using 3rd party gmail on my phone, it correctly shows up as read on my desktop. I have tried deleting the app, clearing cache and memory, everything is up to date. The only problem is with AOL and its products. I have paid for premium support 2 times and this has…
