Why has Aol and Yahoo blocks me, Why can't I get an answer for a person??
Why is Aol and Yahoo, blocking me from making a comment. this is what keeps coming up. time after time. Someone fix it

Problems with contact list
We have issues with the contact list for melindahenry2. When attempts are made to send text to susanhenry5 her e-mail address does not pop up..the names of numerous other irrelevant contacts appears. Need for e-mails for susanhenry5 do not go to her...sometimes even go to her gmail susnhnry which she really does not use. We look forward to hearing from you. Thank yo u.

Go back to the previous format. Looking back over the previous feedback comments I think this is the general consensus. It is too busy.
This new format is terrible. Too busy, not easy to navigate. Why mess with a format that has worked for years. Give us back the previous format ASAP.

What did you do to the homepage? I had sub folders in my favorites which are now gone, I have vital folders which I don't know half the url

Have a separate ADs only section on AOL. We are tired of being interupted everywhere by ADs.
If those that want ADs they will have their place to go, while others can have AOL as it was intended. We go to AOL for certain things like the news and we don't want ADs all over the place.

STOP resetting the news feed when people read an article!!!
On AOL News, the most annoying thing is that when I am paging through the news feed, when I go to read a story, it takes me all the way back to the beginning again. STOP DOING THAT ! It will make me want to read AOL news.

2-Step Sign-In is "S T U P I D !" this format for a suggestion sentence equally DUMB
I'm 78, barely walk w-cain and have 13 computers spread throughout the house on multiple levels and can't climb steps easily, Normally if you can wait 10-15 minutes & hoping I don't need an Emergency Bathroom trip, I might be able to sent one message back to the idiot what It Was That sent me on ANOTHER NEEDLESS trip - need to use a telephone and never try to make me guess where the Heck you would send ME the message ... STOP making changes before ASKING the customer!
STOP making changes to a customer's AOL account without asking! OFFER a new format, but do not make it mandatory for older customers. Although I shouldn't be surprised given the utter lack of customer service at AOL.

You need a better way to control passwords and access your mail. When i signin with my VERIFIED password, I get a screen that says that it doesn't support my account. What is this?

When will Masque/AOL/Yahoo understand games are supposed to be entertainment
Why is it that the bots can't conform to usual play ideology when playing games? The partner overbids their hand, they never play what would be expected as if the bot has no idea how to play. Once you lose a hand, Masque/AOL/Yahoo never provides a decent hand with which to play and one consistently loses the game. What the **** is wrong with the dealer?

Take down "State police locate missing person in Westbrook during suspicious vehicle investigation"
This article was posted august 2022 and came from the Hartford Courant. In the last month, the Hartford Courant has taken it down/ "de indexed" the article from google. Spoke to AOL and they said that if the article was down from the main source that it should be taken down from here as well. Is this possible? Would greatly appreciate that.
