Tech support at AOL have no idea what they are doing. They could not even resolve an AOL bug issue
Tech Support people cannot even resolve an AOL bug issue. I am literally paying for a service on AOL that I cannot use. AOL SUCKS I want a large adjustment as AOL is preventing me from operating my business due to their AOL Issues. How am I supposed to access my Saved On My PC folders to conduct business? Experts in BS maybe but not in tech.

This isn't an idea. I wanted to give feedback on my technical support person, Mike. My e-mail had been hacked a few days ago. Mike talked me through and helped get this problem resolved. I told him he was my hero. It wasn't an easy fix, but Mike explained everything in a simple way, and he was also patient as I wasn't all that speedy with what I needed to do. Thanks again, Mike !

CANNOT SIGN OUT OF MY AOL ACCOUNT
I HAVE REPEATEDLY REPORTED THAT I CANNOT A SIGN OUT OF ANY OF MY AOL ACCOUNTS TO SIGN IN ANOTHER ONE.

Suddenly alerts/notifications only functioning on iPad
Suddenly I only and mostly receive notifications (from AOL app) on my iPad, and almost no more on my iPhone, and I turned off and restarted, nothing works, I didn't uninstall. In other words, now I receive frequently on my tablet, and now I can't receive on my iPhone, unless I turn it off, and now there's a discrepancy, it's not balanced. Please improve and enhance app.

Verify its my account
while logging into mail account I was told of possible fraudulent activity. And needed to use the code you sent. But you sent it to the same account. Luckily I had an optional phone number. Please make the options more user friendly.
I checked, there is no sign of any fraudulent activity. Locking me out of my account is not acceptable. In addition, locking me out for a fake reason is worse.
