I can’t access my inbox! Can’t find it anywhere.
I can’t access my inbox, I can see that I have messages, can’t get to them. If I go go search it takes me to Google. Fix this problem please.

I like some things but not others. The three choices following an open email take up too much room and are not useful.

Make it usable
I used to like your app but now I can’t use it at all. I woke up today and no longer can access my email accounts except one, keeps saying it can’t authenticate so won’t do anything and is now saying I’m offline when I’m not. No setting anywhere to change anything. It *** now and I’ll have to go back to using the mail app on the phone.

Lost all access to my email on my iPad and iPhone. How do I get it back?????
Today I was unable to check my email on my phone or iPad.🙄 This app takes me to a screen and when I press mail it starts going into a circle and continues and continues. I have tried it half a dozen times but not luck..H E L P PLEASE.

Where do saved emails go now?
Yesterday I could save emails to folders. Today I have the option to “archive” individual emails but there’s no archive folder, so where does it go? The ability to manage emails and retrieve saved emails has become much harder.

This is horrible!!!!! All my emails that were in my in box are GONE!!!!! I can’t even get to any emails now

I’m not sure what happened to this app from yesterday but it isn’t working!
My new mail doesn’t come up right away. I have to hit “try again” many times or shut my phone off and hope it resets. I would appreciate some support or guidance as to how to get my mail easily.

Can’t log into my mail with new app
I can see videos and news but can’t see my mail anymore. Ugh!

Send email folder has never opened since I’ve loaded the new app.
Since I’ve been using the new app I have been able unable to open the sent mail folder. The circle just keeps spinning around and around and around. Please fix this functionality.

Package tracking was great!
I love the new look and functionality of AOL mail! There was an option to view packages arriving and track them at the top of the mail but I x’ed out of it to close the info and can’t find an option to add it back. It’s not in the settings or anywhere else I could find which is disappointing but leads to a navigation / settings issue since it can’t be found. Please make that an easy-to-find setting so anyone can add that feature.

I can no longer access my mail. I have been a Loyal AOL user for over 22 years. I can no longer have anything to do with this system.
This is so sickening. Will not use this. Cannot even access my mail. Do not use AOL for anything but mail and games and the game backgammon that I use will no longer be available at the end of December. If it does not go back to the way It was, I will no longer use this mail service. It has been my primary mail for more than 22 years

This update stinks And I can no longer send responses from my phone. Your tech people really screwed this up!

Remove embedded Browser
The embedded browser vs opening a browser app on the device is highly annoying and horrible workflow. Either uncouple your browser to another app or just remove and use the device default setting.

This new app ***!
This new app doesn’t work. It’s a pain in the butt. I’m having trouble receiving and especially sending emails. This is Not ok.
