    I have the same issue as other users- I’m unable to open emails in this new version. I love the new look but the inability to read mail is a major drawback. Please fix the issue or I’ll have to discontinue using this service.

    On occasion I can read a few emails. Most of the time I click on them and nothing happens. This sucks. Can we go back to adding our aol accounts to other apps?

    I can’t get my mail on my iPad or iPhone anymore? Whatever has happened with the new update?

    Yet I’m able to read emails from yesterday and so on.

    The app won’t allow me to read all my emails. I have to log into a browser to read all my emails. Very frustrating. I liked the app from Apple on my iPad much better. I never ever had this problem.

    Since I started using this version my computer email and iPhone email don’t sync. I usually clear my inbox every day but the emails remain on my iPhone

    I can’t get my email or send my mail. I have lost an adoption opportunity of a dog we wanted because they never received my pictures and answers. I want the old app back or I will have to drop my over 20 year subscription!

    New facelifted app does not allow me to touch on my emails to open them. That’s a wonderful improvement that you have there. It renders the app completely useless. Thanks for that.

    Please go back to the old version of email display. Many emails won’t open in the new version, so I can’t read them on my iPhone 8. Very frustrating!
