How can we improve the AOL app?

Fix notifications!

Ever since the new update... even though my settings on iPhone 11 are set up correctly, the sound notifications do not work. They work for every other app... I rebooted the phone, changed my password... even went to the ATT store to verify... it is definitely the app! Please fix this!

    I am not receiving email notifications on my iPhone even with all the notifications set correctly on the phone and in the app. Nothing on my Lock Screen. Please fix this!!

    Same issue. Spent almost an hour on the phone with AOL tech support. No help at all. I have iPhone 11 with Verizon, so it is not just AT & T issue. I hope they fix this soon. Very frustrated.

    Sound & notifications not working although everything is turned on. I have reset my phone, AOL app 2x and still nothing. Phone is on current update for iOS version. All other apps working correctly. Tech support couldn’t help

    Like the guy said. I have the app on my IPad and when I look at the aol mail, doesn’t show that I have any. I can click on it and then it will bring mail. Avery aggravating.

    My settings show that I have notifications on but I’m not getting any notifications for my emails

    I also have this problem. Notifications stopped working on iPhone 11 and my iPad, but they do still work on kindle fire.

    For some reason I’m not getting any more notifications for both my accounts on this app since the update since when you changed everything what is it that you guys.

    For some reason I haven’t received any notifications that pop up with the noise it’s been a long time we need an update to fix that I don’t know why these things happen but they do a lot
