I CANNOT ALPHABETIZE MY FOLDERS ANY LONGER!!! NOT HAPPY!!!
Fix the problem!!! It’s that simple!!!! Why do you always have to change AOL when things we just get used to using the current version?? It’s so frustrating!!! If you are going to improve something, fine. Do it little by little. Not all at once!!! Also, put a help feature in AOL. Don’t make us come to Google to find an answer. I have used AOL for nearly 20 years and I am about ready to leave AOL forever!!!

The new update has change the main things that allow user friendly usage. Having things in alphabetical order saves time & has better functionality.

Are listed out of order. This thing created sub folders that threw my alphabetical list out of order. Chaos

During the change over mail folders got jumbled around. Now some receivers’ folders are up with the NEW mail instead of being down with other recipients. I haven’t figured how to create sub folders for recipients and to arrange in alpha order for folders and contacts. Address book is missing contacts and detailed information isn’t visible as a regular address book
