I need to be able to see more than one week of emails
Since you have changed your format, I am only able to receive one week of emails. I have items that I purchased online that I have not yet received and now I am unable to go back through my emails and view my tracking information. This is unexceptable! If this situation is not corrected, I will be dropping my aol account!!

I am not able to see February and March emails. Only seeing January or older

I can only see mail from January even though it’s February. If I search for February, all the emails from February show up sorted by day. There is no way for me to find the rest of my emails unless I know what search term to use.

I lost all my inbox email 4 days ago. Is this happening to others as part of the update? No way to contact aol for recovery unless I pay for help and not sure that would work

I need to be able to find my emails from every single day. Not only certain days. Do not categorized by weeks. I cannot find my emails from yesterday. Absolutely stupid and atrocious!

Please reset or bring the old system back with new face (the look).
I am having problems with not seeing all of my emails after 6 day on one of my accounts and with both accounts the new emails messages are not registering as already read — keeps show unread even when I delete, actives, manually change to read. Thanks in advance.
