    I also get a gray screen when I try to view PDFs attached to an email in the app on my iPhone 11. I’ve found I can save them to files, which saves me from having to use a laptop if I just want to view or print.

    I too am having this problem with my iPhone 12, please AOL sort this ASAP. I’m having to wait to open attachments until I am home and have access to my laptop - this is not good enough!

    After deleting and reinstalling app on iPhone and iPad pdf attachments now work. MS word doc file attachments still do not display. By the way your support staff should be made aware of documented issues like this so I don’t have to waste an hour on support when this is a pervasive known issue. These attachments used to work well so we know it can be fixed. This is an urgent fundamental issue. It deserves immediate attention b

    On my Apple iPhone 13 Pro, which is running iOS 15.0.2, PDF attachments are unreadable on the AOL app; when I try to read them, I only get a blank gray screen. This problem began recently; it may be caused by an incompatibility between the AOL app and iOS 15.x.
