Trusted settings
You should have a place in settings to add names of trusted apps. I’m spending way to much time and not succeeding attaching fetch rewards. You keep making me get a secure generated password and then not accepting the password you give me! Very frustrating

No option to change password in ‘account.’
Tablet (used traveling) logs on biometrics. Desktop has no biometric option. Need REAL password to physically type in to log on.

Allow “basic mail” setting on iPad app.
We want to be able to completely turn off the message pane on the right side and turn off automatically opening the next email. Just a list of emails with the list of folders on the left. Basic mail.

Some of the emails print is very small. It would be nice to have increase font option please.

Opening a link from an email no longer works correctly
Previously, a link could be opened two ways - clicking the link opens the page in the AOL app, but selecting “Open Link” opened in native browser (safari in this case). This no longer works consistently - the URL seems to be constructed to ONLY open in AOL. I would use another app but this is not supported either.

Bcc myself
I want to be able to choose a setting that will automatically bcc me when I send an email. EVERY TIME, without having to type my address into the BCC box. This issue has been raised by other people starting more than a year ago. But either your bot can’t figure it out or your human doesn’t read to the end of the comment!

how can I receive the emails that were rejected automatically by aol?

Remove automatic opening of next email following deleting previous one.

Let people change their date of birth in the settings if they made a mistake when setting the account up

User select internet app
Allow the user to select the internet app to use for opening links within emails. I prefer Safari as my internet app, I should be able to select to have links in my email to open automatically in Safari!
