If Flurry does not offer Attribution, it needs to integrate with all key Attribution partners.
Attribution is a high priority for them and they do not currently use AppsFlyer and thus can not utilize the attribution integration with Flurry. They are evaluating Attribution providers, but not providing our own or more options is limiting this customer.

Ability to edit graphs in Measures
we have several "measures" which we are graphing with values for the X axis (see screenshot), but it's very tedious because there are lots of these values. They correspond to checkpoint labels in our game. I was hoping there was some way I could paste the values into the box so I
a) don't have to click hundreds of times
b) can control the order they show up
however, when I paste them they get added as one giant parameter value. I've tried delineating the values by comma, semicolon, slash etc and they are always interpreted as one big value.…5th ranked -
Ability to filter by issue type in Crash reporting.
In the crash reporting area under Single App Overview it is not possible to filter by the issues type. It would be nice if you could only display crashes and then sort by occurrences.

Custom Dashboards are needed.
Ask: "Are there any customizable dashboards we can set up to show reports/charts/tables that we care about for our app? Either an entirely customizable report page, or else edit the charts that appear on a tab (ex. App Activity Dashboard)? For example, for our Second Number app, what we really care about is metrics such as # of messages sent, calls made, etc. Is there an easy way to view this quickly when we access the Flurry dashboard?"

Whitelist/blacklist IDFAs or device IDs
A way whitelist/blacklist IDFAs or device IDs so that we exclude our own developer testing behaviour from Flurry? **Aside from creating multiple projects

Flurry's ability to compare apps side-by-side is very important. Need to be able to see app-level & company-level stats.
Firebase account could not be set up in a way to view app level and company level statistics easily. Difficult to compare apps side by side.

Flurry should consider expanding its event limit beyond 500.
Firebase Event Limits hamper their business analytics. Very "rigid"

Increase the number of parameters per event in Flurry.
Firebase only allow for 25 parameters per event, but limited to 100 parameters per app. Flurry only allows 10 parameters per event. This is less than Firebase, which allows 25.

Appsee's UX/UI is very good and their screen recording features are very cool.
Appsee screenshare issue followed by their acquisition. Appsee would not renew their contract forcing them to look elsewhere. Said UX/UI and Screen recording features were "cool to look at and show people" but not very useful and gimmicky in practice.

Raw data from the API and Data Download were in different timezones.
Also when I tried to compare the same time doing an API call and a download from the Flurry site, it was difficult to compare because the site only uses PST times for downloads. It would be nice to have the option to change the timezone for download.

Flurry makes it easy to view iOS & Android app data side-by-side.
Firebase made it difficult to view their iOS and Android apps side by side

Need more advanced analytics features and settings to look at weekly/aggregate data. Data needs to be continuously accessible.
You cannot set different time spams for the logs and then you cannot see the average for one week or for one month. You cannot export all the data, basically; you can export the events themselves and the number of events, but you cannot export the attributes, the percentage of users that did the event in one way, the percentage of users that used the event in other way. Crashlytics Answers is too basic. We would like to have a bit more insight and to have a bit better and easier access to data, and actually haveaccess to data, because…

Keep Flurry SDK small. Firebase's SDK is too large.
Footprint too big "users were complaining about memory usage"

Flurry was recommended internally from previous users.
There are some people in the organization who have used Flurry before in the past. They have even recommended Flurry, so that was the final decision of picking Flurry.
