    Go back to old way. This new format sucks! Can't clean trash or delete in one sweep.

    This is not an improvement....the word HATE is not strong enough to describe the dislike you have created with this change in format!

    I don't like the new layout of the newer version. Put back the old version. It's showing too many ads in my mail.

    I thought I screwed up my email, only to see all these comments. Really, really dislike this most recent change. I have vision problems, cannot see or read messages. Cannot increase font. This is so user unfriendly. Ditch it!!

    THE WORST EVER ! HAD THIS SO CALLED "IMPROVEMENT" THIS
    MORNING. GOT THE OLD BACK,I DON'T KNOW HOW. BEEN WITH AOL
    FOR 25 YRS. IF THIS IS FORCED ON US I WILL BE GETTING RID OF
    AOL FOR GOOD!!!!!!!!

    Email actions such as delete belong at the top of the screen. Not at the end of the entire email. New unread mail and old, previously read email folders should be easy to find and open. This new layout is NOT a preference i would choose. If you must, offer it as an option. Not the only format.

    The font is too fine to read easily.
    Having to move to a different page to see the next group of emails is cumbersome. The last version was more user friendly.

    If the new version is kept, will have to start looking elsewhere for another provider.

    Hate what you have done, bring back the old version.

    Put it back, I can't go to my old mail, recently deleted etc. I will have to change to a different email account if its not put back. Ridiculous!

    I just figured out that I was able to remove ads from the middle of my inbox emails by switching to the basic version found under settings. An ad still appears at the top, but at least my email list is not interrupted.
